At BURBERG-EICKER we produce middle-sized and big lots for a great variety of applications with tools designed and built inhouse.
Depending on the geometry of the part we choose between our Bihler bending/forming-machines or our KAISER stamping-presses.
The range of parts produced by BURBERG-EICKER reaches from simple stampings made of soft steal up to very complex contact-springs with defined force-diagramm.

All common (and uncommon) steels and alloys are stamped and formed and if necessary plated with silver, gold, tin or other materials.
One of our core-competences is the work high-dense stainless steels and copper-alloys.
Besides the production of single parts we offer reeled material or on-machine assembly with other parts.
BURBERG-EICKER holds the DIN ISO TS 16949:2002 certificate and for us quality and a secure manufacturing-process are a main priority.
